Why I built this
I’ve always been emotionally sensitive. What other people could brush off would derail me for days. I could get knocked off track by something someone said, a hard moment, even just the wrong environment, and it would feel impossible to get back up.
But I didn’t want to give up on my goals. I just needed a way to keep moving, even when I wasn’t emotionally “fine.”
What I found out quickly was: there’s no real guidance for people like us.
It’s either “just push through” or “just rest more.”

You’re told to journal, meditate, or sort yourself out, but no one’s teaching you how to keep making progress while feeling everything.
I had to find something that worked for me. Because the advice my peers followed just didn’t land.

Eventually, I realized: I wasn’t failing.
